1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to PostNexus AI are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription charges, in-app purchases, or unused time.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your PostNexus AI subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, your account will not be charged again.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before it renews if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Technical Errors

In the rare event that you are charged multiple times due to a technical error on our platform or payment processor, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and reverse the duplicate charge.
